2 Corinthians 8:2 Joy is a gift from God - For God giveth to a man that is good in his sight wisdom, and knowledge, and joy: but to the sinner he giveth travail, to gather and to heap up, that he may give to him that is good before God. This also is vanity and vexation of spirit. (Ecclesiastes 2:26) There be many that say, Who will show us any good? LORD, lift thou up the light of thy countenance upon us. Thou hast put gladness in my heart, more than in the time that their corn and their wine increased. I will both lay me down in peace, and sleep: for thou, LORD, only makest me dwell in safety. (Psalms 4:6-8) Here are some ways to remain in the joy of the Lord - I. [[Jeremiah 15:16]] IV. STAY COMPLIANT A - To the Lord's Statutes If ye keep my commandments, ye shall abide in my love; even as I have kept my Father's commandments, and abide in his love.
