Cheats and is detestable
Is Prideful: Leads to disgrace
Their Fate Proverbs 11:3-8
Righteous
Has Integrity: will guide him
Lives Right: Will Deliver from Death, results in a straight path- less trouble, results in deliverance, Is rescued from trouble
Wicked
Is dishonest: will destroy him
Trusts in wealth: Will not help in facing judgement
Lives wickedly: Results in downfall
Lives unfaithfully: Results in being entrapped by evil
Trusts in his own strength & dies: Results in all hope perishing
Lives wickedly: Results in trouble
Their Behavior & Speech Proverbs 11:9-14
Righteous
Uses knowledge to escape slander
Has things go well: Causes people to rejoice
Blesses a city by word and conduct: Causes it to prosper
Is understanding & has good sense: Holds his tongue
Is trustworthy: Keeps secrets & confidences
Seeks words of advice: Assures victory
Wicked
Slanders friends & Neighbors
Lives wickedly: People rejoice at his death
Lacks judgement: Despises & Belittles his neighbor
Gossips: Betrays confidences & secrets
Fails to seek counsel: Causes a nation to fall
Their Financial Affairs Proverbs 11:15-19
Righteous
Refuses to back loans for others: Guards his security
Is kindhearted & merciful: Gains respect & Nourishes his soul
Sows righteousness: Reaps a lasting reward
Is truly righteous: results in life
Wicked
Guarantees loans for others:Endangers his security
Is ruthless & Cruel: Gains only money & brings trouble on himself
Sows Deception: Earns an empty , fading wage
Pursues evil: Results in death
Their Heart and desires Proverbs 11:20-23
Righteous
Has a heart that lives righteously: Pleases God
Is assured that he will escape punishment
Has noble desires that result in good
Wicked
Has a perverse, twisted heart: Is despised by God
Is assured that he will not escape punishment
Lacks discretion despite beauty: Like a pig with a gold ring
Has wicked desires that result in wrath
Their Spirit of Giving Proverbs 11:24-28
Righteous
Gives freely: results in gaining more
Is generous & refreshed other: Will prosper and be refreshed
Does not hoard & is willing to sell: will be blessed
Seeks what is good: Results in goodwill
Trusts in the Lord: Flourishes like green foliage
Wicked
Is stingy & Hoards: Will himself suffer need
Holds back necessities for higher prices: Will be cursed
Seeks what is evil: Brings evil upon himself
Trusts in riches: Brings about his downfall
Their Earthly Accountability Proverbs 11:29-31
Righteous
Is like a tree that bears fruit: He wins souls
Will suffer here on earth due o the sin of others
Wicked
Brings trouble on his family: Will inherit nothing
Will suffer much more than the righteous
