Introduction: Legalism and Liberalism- Neither Philosophy are compatible with the Gospel

Text: Romans 10:1–3 (KJV 1900)
Brethren, my heart’s desire and prayer to God for Israel is, that they might be saved. 2 For I bear them record that 1). they have a zeal of God, but not according to knowledge. 3 For they being ignorant of God’s righteousness, and 2). going about to establish their own righteousness, 3). have not submitted themselves unto the righteousness of God.

Liberalism is the "going about" to establish your own self-righteousness by good works done for society.
