Philippians 1:27-30

EOT-Paul challenged his partners to live a life worthy of the Gospel

EOS-We must desire to live a life worthy of the gospel.

DDS-We must examine our life in light of our calling to live worthy.

By knowing these basics

1. We can live a life worthy of the gospel by knowing the plan (our how) (27).

Only conduct yourselves in a manner worthy of the gospel of Christ, so that whether I come and see you or remain absent, I will hear of you that you are standing firm in one spirit, with one mind striving together for the faith of the gospel;

How do we do this:

Stand Firm in One Spirit

Stand firm with one mind

Objective = strive together for the faith of the gospel

2. We can live a life worthy of the gospel by knowing it is challenging (28).

No easy day-for some reason we think the Christian life will be easy. But life tells a different story. Anything significant usually is the result of hard work and dedication.
