To be proclaimed at all times and all ways

Making people feel good does not convey urgency

It is a relevant proclamation

Correct or convince - intellectual

Rebuke - moral

Encourage - emotional

It is a patient proclamation

No pressure techniques - results belong to the Holy Spirit

Kindness - 2 Timothy 2:24-25

It is an intelligent proclamation

It must be a doctrinal message

To say nothing well is to still say nothing!
