Text: Revelation 11:15-19
And the seventh angel sounded; and there were great voices in heaven, saying, The kingdoms of this world are become the kingdoms of our Lord, and of his Christ; and he shall reign for ever and ever. And the four and twenty elders, which sat before God on their seats, fell upon their faces, and worshipped God, Saying, We give thee thanks, O Lord God Almighty, which art, and wast, and art to come; because thou hast taken to thee thy great power, and hast reigned. And the nations were angry, and thy wrath is come, and the time of the dead, that they should be judged, and that thou shouldest give reward unto thy servants the prophets, and to the saints, and them that fear thy name, small and great; and shouldest destroy them which destroy the earth. And the temple of God was opened in heaven, and there was seen in his temple the ark of his testament: and there were lightnings, and voices, and thunderings, and an earthquake, and great hail. Revelation 11:15-19
It is here in Revelation that we find the final of seven trumpets being blasted as a call of the people to repent from sin and to seek Righteousness. With each of the first six we see a judgment that is stronger than the one before it. It is the sounding of the seventh that interests us this evening. Because a special declaration is made at it blast.

The Magnification of our King.

The Bible says that during the seventh horn a massive celebration in heaven. A declaration is made at the beginning of the festivity when it is announced that the Kingdom of the World is the Kingdom of the King of Heaven.
“The kingdoms of this world are become the kingdoms of our Lord, and of his Christ; and he shall reign for ever and ever.” 15
We know that this is the rightful place of our glorified Savior…
And being found in fashion as a man, he humbled himself, and became obedient unto death, even the death of the cross. Wherefore God also hath highly exalted him, and given him a name which is above every name: That at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of things in heaven, and things in earth, and things under the earth; And that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father. Philippians 2:8-11
Glory is the destiny of our Savior. It is an incredible thing that God has fashioned the whole trajectory of mankind to the elevation and magnification of our Savior.
It is His by Right.
He is the Son of God and His birthright is the throne.
It is His as Reward.
He chose the path of humility and sacrifice and God has given him a name above every name.

The Culmination of our Worship.

And the temple of God was opened in heaven, and there was seen in his temple the ark of his testament: and there were lightnings, and voices, and thunderings, and an earthquake, and great hail. 19
Verse 18 gives us the culminiation of God’s judgement. Verse 19 gives us the culmination of his Worship.
Watch how he draws a line through the Scripture.
We see God’s temple in Heaven.
We see Ark of the Covenant.
We see Response of his Presence.
Lightings
Voices
Thunderings
Earth Quake
Hail
God is drawing a direct line throughout history So that we can see he has been present with his people. Through the Worship.
From the Sacrifices of Moses through the Celebration of Solomon’s Temple to the signs of God’s presence with the people of promise. God has been drawing his Creation to Worship him.

The Participation of all Creation.

You see verse 18 tells us the wicked’s response to the reign of the Lord Jesus Christ. But the the redeemed have always had a different response to Jesus.
And the four and twenty elders, which sat before God on their seats, fell upon their faces, and worshipped God, Saying, We give thee thanks, O Lord God Almighty, which art, and wast, and art to come; because thou hast taken to thee thy great power, and hast reigned. 16
