I took God my Grief

Psalm 116:3 NKJV
3 The pains of death surrounded me, And the pangs of Sheol laid hold of me; I found trouble and sorrow.
The psalmist declared that the pains of death surrounded him. The word “pains” refers to chords that can be used for a trap, like trapping animals. He expressed that the situation that he was in had him surrounded and that death was in his immediate future. He also stated that the pangs, distress, anguish, of Sheol had laid his hand on the psalmist. He found trouble, calamity, and distress. He also found sorrow and anguish. He was in grief caused by this difficulty. Therefore, he called on the name of Yahweh.

4 Then I called upon the name of the Lord: “O Lord, I implore You, deliver my soul!”
Abraham did it

I took my Grief to a Gracious God because He can Handle it!
Isaiah 30:19 NKJV
19 For the people shall dwell in Zion at Jerusalem; You shall weep no more. He will be very gracious to you at the sound of your cry; When He hears it, He will answer you.

6 The Lord preserves the simple; I was brought low, and He saved me.

God handled my Grief
