Introduction

Glory to God!!
Cant remember, Last time na naka attend ako
But I know how powerful ang gathering and what it does to the Body of Christ.
Speaking of Body of Christ:
Naipag patuloy ko po dito...
Kahit mangilan-ngilan lang kme....
And gathering from what’s happening here, I believe everyone there can identify on how God moves.
Hindi po ako preacher, I can just share what God wants me to release sa kayang Body when called upon. So, When I was asked and invited to share God’s word, I started to ask God, na i-lead Nya ako sa mga gusto Nyang ipababa sa akin for Cavite City.
So, before going further...
Let’s pray.
Kamusta na po kayong lahat? It’s been a long time. And batid po nating lahat ang mga kaganapan sa ating mga respective places, or should I say respective nations! haha.
Genesis 6:5 NLT
The Lord observed the extent of human wickedness on the earth, and he saw that everything they thought or imagined was consistently and totally evil.
It’s high time that we, as God’s people step in the plate and not just declare who are in Jesus but be bold enough na ma-recognize tayo na we are not just believers but follower of Jesus!!!
All of us, every believer in every corner of the world will be tested. Christians are already being persecuted way before Covid struck, bit this time I should say, that it will be on a different level not even anyone of us have ever experienced.
We are, and have always been a watchman over our cities. In our place, we are praying for Jersey City, Bayonne and NY, kung nasaan or kung taga saan ang mga ksama naming churches, yung ang “assigned” prayer focus.
So, matagal na nting ginagawa ito, alam na natin kung ano ang mga “strategy”, “principles” on how to proceed in conducting prayers.
So tonight, I would just like to share some points na hopefully ay maging hamon sa inyo as you continue to pray for Cavite City and for the Philippines.
mention the title

Jesus Never lost Focus - Father’s Vision

Dr. Ron Susek is an ordained minister, evangelist, a former television and radio Bible teacher on “Impact” and “FaithWalk:Courage for the Journey”
SAID: “Jesus awoke to approximately 12,045 new mornings during His thirty-three years on earth. Like you, He was met each day with numerous distractions, each calling for His attention. But He remained single-mindedly focused on His Father's vision to redeem the world.”
“HE REMAINED SINGLE-MINDEDLY FOCUSED - ON HIS FATHER’S VISION = TO REDEEM THE WORLD
Luke 9:22 NLT
“The Son of Man must suffer many terrible things,” he said. “He will be rejected by the elders, the leading priests, and the teachers of religious law. He will be killed, but on the third day he will be raised from the dead.”
Alam na ni Jesus what will happen to Him, alam na nya what He will go through. During the 33 yrs of His life, he remained focused. I believe maraming ginagawa din si Jesus na iba, because He’s also human just like every one of us. BUT HE DID NOT LOSE HIS FOCUS.
Again, with what happening around us now, mas lalo po tayong dapat mag focus sa mandate ng Lord sa atin, and kung hindi pa tayo nakaka wala sa mentalidad ng ‘building OUR OWN KINGDOM’ e, sorry to say, mapag iiwan po kayo.
Share background of Jesus dvd:
should be distributed: per zipcode
Bayonne, one zipcode - 27K household alone...
Huwag po kayong magulat, kahit dito, hind pa din “nababasag” ang kaisipan ng halos lahat that we should come along side each other. At that time noong ipamigay ko po ang mga DVD’s sa mga pastor dito, e mga 3 po sila sa Bayonne, and 9 po fr Jersey City, ang sabi ko,hindi kay ng 3 church ang 27K, we have to come along side each other and be an example sa ibang churches.
And this brings me to my second point: actually is an african proverb, and most of you have heard about already...
It takes a village to raise a child...
But for our context. ...

It takes a village..... it takes Christ’s Body to fulfill His mandate

John 17:23 NLT
I am in them and you are in me. May they experience such perfect unity that the world will know that you sent me and that you love them as much as you love me.
So, do we encourage unity or to come alongside each other for our own benefit? NO!
For the sake of discussion, let’s say meron pong 5 church sa kabuuan ng Caridad, and lets say may 2000 na katao doon, what if each church just come together, mag kaisa at magbuhos ng panahon hangga’t and 2000 tao ay mabahaginan ng salita ng Dios.
Kung massasabi natin na “nagawa na namin yan” I dare ang challenge you po, itong prayer explosion, gawin nyong sama-samang worship on a given Sunday!!
Let the Caviteños see that the Body of Christ is One!!! WE PRAY ABOUT THIS CONSTANTLY, BUT I BELIEVE, WITH HOW IT LOOKS LIKE AROUND US TODAY, THIS IS THE RIGHT TIME TO SOLIDIFY OUR RESOLVE!!!
THE POWERS THAT BE WERE ABLE TO CONTROL THE WHOLE WORLD BY INSTILLING FEAR IN OUR HEARTS…ang kaibigan ko ngang Pastor dito, told the youth of the the church na may maliit silang gathering na gagawin, it was already planned, and all of a sudden may anunsyo na naman na covid is on the rise again, all of them said, “hindi po kame makakapunta”
God is telling us to go outside of the four walls of the building, dahil po ang Luke 10:2 ay hindi lang “harvest is plenty”, I call it now THE GREATER HARVEST is plenty!!!!
Online meetings are in the rise! Ang Mrs. ko po ay may co-teacher na Chinese, she shared a link sa Mrs. ko ng ongoing online prayer nila in China, guess how many… 1K people kada meeting!

We Relentlessy Pursue Jesus’ Focus

We Relentlessly Strive for Unity

…and the third point

We Relentlessly Pursue Holiness

With this point, I will be borrowing and quoting from John A. Knight - a general superintendent emeritus in the Church of the Nazarene, from his article: Holiness: Does it Matter?
Holiness matters because life consists of attitudes and relationships-toward God, people, and material things.
Holiness corrects our attitudes and our relationships with others.
Holiness matters because the holy God commands us to be holy (1 Peter 1:15).
Holiness matters because Christ prayed that we might be holy (John 17:17, 20).
Holiness matters because holiness of heart and life is necessary for the growth of the Church, and the evangelization of our world.
Holiness matters because individuals and society need Christian holiness. Paul admonished "Follow peace with all men, and holiness. . ." (Hebrews 12:14, KJV).
Holiness matters because holiness is necessary to get to heaven-to see God. "Blessed are the pure [the holy] in heart: for they shall see God" (Matthew 5:8, KJV
Holiness, this is the fuel that will incite, that will ignite our hearts to Relentlessy Pursue God’s mandate.
Holiness will invite the Father’s heart so we can relentlessly strive and live in unity,
The present situation of the world will not dictate us, they can set up and lay down all restrictions that they can think of, but they dan never stop us from Relentlessly Pursue holiness.
