SF029 - Lord Supper Order

Following the invitation Pastor Tim will call all the deacons to the front. Give instructions on serving each other.

I.          THE BREAD

a)                  The Pastors will distribute bread trays to the deacons.  When all trays are received the deacons will begin serving the congregation.

b)                  Trays returned to the Pastors.

c)                  Pastors serve deacons.

d)                  Prayer

e)                  Pastor Tim shares concerning the Bread…

(1 Corinthians 11:24 NKJV)  and when He had given thanks, He broke it and said, "Take, eat; this is My body which is broken for you; do this in remembrance of Me."

g)         All eat together

II.        THE CUP

f)                    The Pastors will distribute juice trays to the deacons.  When all trays are received the deacons will begin serving the congregation.

a)                  Trays returned to Pastor

b)                  Pastors serve deacons

c)                  Prayer

d)                  Pastor Tim shares concerning the cup…

(1 Corinthians 11:25 NKJV)  In the same manner He also took the cup after supper, saying, "This cup is the new covenant in My blood. This do, as often as you drink it, in remembrance of Me."

g)         All drink together

III.       Benevolence Offering  (Deacons)

IV.       Benediction

(1 Corinthians 11:26 NKJV)  For as often as you eat this bread and drink this cup, you proclaim the Lord's death till He comes.

a)                  Congregation stand

b)                  Sing together as benediction
