22 Codex Sinaiticus is the only uncial manuscript containing all the books of the New Testament.

24 The final sigma (C) in this uncial contraction is called a lunate sigma because of the lunate, or crescent, shape. Only later did the letter evolve into the form Σ, better known from modern printed versions of the Greek New Testament.
