I started at 25 as entry level Staff member and at 35 I was running a federal & State halfway House. 70 Inmates, 30 staff & 8 supervisors and most of them had either a Masters or BA and i had a High school diploma.

I had gotten to the point where the higher ups identified me as the fixer. And they would bring me into a program Root out and Pull Down, Destroy and to overthrow, Build and to Plant.

Was I aware???? that like Paul, David & the disciples i was getting paid to train how to run ministry. Not at All..

But as i look back at all the test and trials & victories I realize it was all in Gods plan..

One of the biggest mistakes a person can make is thinking they can build a team alone..

You need the expertise of others to contribute

1 Corinthians 3:6 AMP

6 I planted, Apollos watered, but God [all the while] was making it grow and [He] gave the increase.

John 4:36–38 TPT

36 And everyone who reaps these souls for eternal life will receive a reward. And those who plant spiritual seeds and those who reap the harvest will celebrate together with great joy! 37 And this confirms the saying, ‘One sows the seed and another reaps the harvest.’ 38 I have sent you out to harvest a field that you haven’t planted, where many others have labored long and hard before you. 2. Teaching and Development:

People Perform better when taught & developed in the position they have been given.

3. Celebration & Elevation

When team members raise’s the bar on what they are doing, private and public praise is Necessary

When a team member show’s they are cut from the leadership cloth you must then groom them to become a leader for the team.

Speak with the Sr. Pastor concerning fast tracking them to replace you once your term is up.
