CONCLUSION: God sent His only begotten Son the Lord Jesus to redeem us, that is to pay the price for sins. He came at the right time. The day is not important, that He came is. John makes this clear in John 1:1, 14, “In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.” (John 1:1, NASB95) “And the Word became flesh, and dwelt among us, and we saw His glory, glory as of the only begotten from the Father, full of grace and truth.” (John 1:14, NASB95)
Today, many are in the valley of trouble, they are in the dark but Jesus is the door of hope and all who will believe in Him will be saved. Let us celebrate His birth and remember Paul’s declaration, “But when the fullness of the time came, God sent forth His Son, born of a woman, born under the Law, so that He might redeem those who were under the Law, that we might receive the adoption as sons.” (Galatians 4:4–5, NASB95)
