What Do People Bear?

Dear brothers and sisters, if another believer is overcome by some sin, you who are godly should gently and humbly help that person back onto the right path. And be careful not to fall into the same temptation yourself. 2 Share each other’s burdens, and in this way obey the law of Christ.

If you think you are too important to help someone, you are only fooling yourself. You are not that important.

We should bear each others burdens patiently without accusation

What do we bear?

28 Then Jesus said, “Come to me, all of you who are weary and carry heavy burdens, and I will give you rest. 29 Take my yoke upon you. Let me teach you, because I am humble and gentle at heart, and you will find rest for your souls. 30 For my yoke is easy to bear, and the burden I give you is light.”

Lay your burdens/sins at the feet of Christ for He will give you rest.
Pick up the burdens that Christ would give you for there you will gain tranquility for your soul.

Who bears them for us?

who Himself bore our sins in His own body on the tree, that we, having died to sins, might live for righteousness—by whose stripes you were healed. 25 For you were like sheep going astray, but have now returned to the Shepherd and Overseer of your souls.

He bore our sins. He showed us mercy when we did not deserve it. Should we not do the same?
