Good morning everyone! It is so good to be back with everyone again. I know that things are very different right now, but I am so thankful that we live in time to where this is possible. Even though things are so crazy right now, we still have the ability to get together across the internet and dive into the Word of God together. So amazing!!!
Today, we are going to be continuing through our series of 1 Peter, so if you have your bibles, and I hope that you do, I would like to ask you to be finding the book of 1 Peter 2:11.
As everyone is turning there, I want us to do a quick recap of what we have seen so far throughout this book.
The Promise of Our Salvation
The Purpose of Our Salvation
The Proof of Our Salvation (Constantly Choosing Christ)
The Progress of Our Salvation (Discovering the Christ in Me)
The Presentation of Our Salvation (Submitted Living)
As we all well know, things are not always as they appear with God. God is above and beyond us, so sometimes the way that God moves, seems to contradict what we know about God. We will see this yet again today in the text, as we look at this idea of submission.
