A Curse Can Be Generational 03/30/2005

Born again people can be plagued with generational curses

Drug and alcohol addiction, divorce, criminal acts, suicide, etc

“Who sinned” John 9:1-3 this man or his parents, man born blind

The disciples knew something that we need to learn

Many times it goes back to something from childhood

Suicidal woman, at age 6 her Dad tried to commit suicide by hanging, and upheld him

Numbers 14:18 visiting the iniquities of the father to the third and fourth generation

Born again, but failing to put these generational curses, under The Blood

Christ redeemed us from the curse of the law, Galatians 3:13-14, but we must apply

Circumstances just don’t change, we must plead The Blood

When charged with the crime from your past, or the past of your parents, don’t plead

            guilty, plead The Blood

Proverbs 26:2 “a curse causeless” will not land on its victim

The curse is causeless, IF we put it under The Blood

Isaiah 53:12 He was numbered with the trangressors, so that we can be numbered in

heaven’s roles, He has already identified with us

Blessing works the same way, this does not have to be negative

2 Corinthians 9:6-7 law of sowing and reaping

To curse is to empower to fail, and to bless is to empower to prosper
