You are My Key
The word for ALife this year is KEY. I am not just giving you keys this season; I am making each of you into a key. I am shaping you to be ready for unlocking and shedding light. You are the key that will open what lies ahead of you. Like a master key-maker, I am meticulously cutting you into the key that your spheres of influence require. I am carving you out of Gold, each with specific and articulate designs on the key's handle and shaft. Each key has three-pronged flags.
The words I give you will cut and shape you, so you will fit in place and be effective to unlock and illuminate. There are many counterfeits, but you are the authentic originals. You are in a season of being shaped and getting clarity to the key you are. Some of you are keys to unlock and or open doors. Some of you are a decipher key to understand maps, riddles, and heavenly secrets. You are all keys to cultures. You are a key that makes cultures into My culture and My kingdom. So in this season, seek out My Word and let yourself take shape to be ready. Do not be mistaken that the power comes from Me, and you are in my hand. I am the one who places you in the locks and secret places, and I am the one who wields the key. You do fit, and you will be effective.

What happens when the Hand of Father is on you?
Lets look to Nehemiah to see what happens when God’s hand is on our lives.
Nehemiah 2:8 NASB95
8 and a letter to Asaph the keeper of the king’s forest, that he may give me timber to make beams for the gates of the fortress which is by the temple, for the wall of the city and for the house to which I will go.” And the king granted them to me because the good hand of my God was on me.
Nehemiah 2:18 NASB95
18 I told them how the hand of my God had been favorable to me and also about the king’s words which he had spoken to me. Then they said, “Let us arise and build.” So they put their hands to the good work.
Nehemiah 2:20 NASB95
20 So I answered them and said to them, “The God of heaven will give us success; therefore we His servants will arise and build, but you have no portion, right or memorial in Jerusalem.”
Nehemiah 6:9 NASB95
9 For all of them were trying to frighten us, thinking, “They will become discouraged with the work and it will not be done.” But now, O God, strengthen my hands.
Sanballat = strength
Strength with out God. I can do this if I try harder.

Eliashib = God Restores
Uzziel = my strength is God
Thankful, gracious, Jehovah is my king, healed of Jehovah, Jehovah knows.
All of the gate were rebuilt with people who names were centered around and through Jehovah.
Tell story of Kris Vallotton and his getting a degree.
Nehemiah 6:15–16 NASB95
15 So the wall was completed on the twenty-fifth of the month Elul, in fifty-two days. 16 When all our enemies heard of it, and all the nations surrounding us saw it, they lost their confidence; for they recognized that this work had been accomplished with the help of our God.
They finished in 52 days. That was impossible.
It made the enemy lose confidence.
You and they will know God’s hand was on your life and He flowed through your hands.
This is Kris Vallotton’s testimony.
What happens when the Hand of Father is on you?

This weeks challenge:
Ask Father for His hand to be on you and for Him to strengthen your hands.
Ask God how to apply your word to building.
- Did God highlight a gate, weapon or trumpet to you?
- Share what God told you.
Other resources:
Nehemiah under the influence of the Holy Spirit detailed the different gates. These picture important aspects of the life of believers. Beginning with salvation at the sheep gate Nehemiah moves on to service at the fish gate. Then the old gate speaking of God's ways, followed by humility at the valley gate. He then proceeds through the cleansing of the dung gate on to the renewing of the Holy Spirit at the fountain gate. Then on to the water gate speaking of God's Word. The horse gate reminds us of the spiritual warfare believers must engage in. The east gate speaks of Christ's coming whilst the mikphad gate speaks of the judgment that will follow. In light of this let us arise and go to the wall for God!
Nehemiah 4:1 NASB95
1 Now it came about that when Sanballat heard that we were rebuilding the wall, he became furious and very angry and mocked the Jews.
Nehemiah 3:1 NASB95
1 Then Eliashib the high priest arose with his brothers the priests and built the Sheep Gate; they consecrated it and hung its doors. They consecrated the wall to the Tower of the Hundred and the Tower of Hananel.
