We are a Holy Nation

I Peter 2:9

Proposition:  We are separated to God to be His people.

Application:  We are to blend our lives together through the Spirit in such a way to satisfy a hungry world.

Intro:  Fondue – Cheeses, wine and seasoning – melted together – The heat is enough to keep the melting together, but not enough to burn the people.

I.  Holy – Separate

            A.  Not by What we Do

            B.  By What God has done

II.  Nation

            A.  Unified – Spirit

            B.  Melting Pot – Requires Heat

                        1.  Interanal Flame – Emmaus event “Did not our hearts burn”
