Psalm 103:1-5
Psalm 103:1-5
Bless the Lord, O my soul, And all that is within me, bless His holy name. Bless the Lord, O my soul, And forget none of His benefits; Who pardons all your iniquities, Who heals all your diseases; Who redeems your life from the pit, Who crowns you with lovingkindness and compassion; Who satisfies your years with good things, So that your youth is renewed like the eagle.

2. His PROMISES
It says… He forgives all your sins and He heals all your diseases
Does God heal all our diseases?
Is this physical disease or spiritual disease?
He will only Heal all diseases during the Kingdom age.
Isaiah 33:24
24 And no resident will say, “I am sick”;
The people who dwell there will be forgiven their iniquity.
Faith Healers emphasize physical healing not salvation!
J. Vernon McGee said... they don’t emphasize salvation, they put it on like a caboose at a healing service.
“There can be no healing until your sins are forgiven. Disease is the result of sin. And the sin question must be settled first of all.”
24 and He Himself bore our sins in His body on the cross, so that we might die to sin and live to righteousness; for by His wounds you were healed.
Healed of what? our sins
Romans 8:22-23
For we know that the whole creation groans and suffers the pains of childbirth together until now. 23And not only this, but also we ourselves, having the first fruits of the Spirit, even we ourselves groan within ourselves, waiting eagerly for our adoption as sons, the redemption of our body.
He redeems our lives from the pit and crowns us with lovingkindness and compassion.
Conclusion:
What have we focused on this year? - the bad things that have happened or praising God. He is worthy of our praise.
Let’s look back and and remember His benefits.
