“It is not good that the man should be alone.” We need to understand that as part of our design, we are not created to be alone. Community for a Christian is the norm; trying to follow the Lord apart from a community is abnormal. We see the foundation for community in the most intimate relationship possible: that of marriage. There is a template for living in community in the pattern we see set for marriage; it includes three basic actions: leaving, joining, and uniting.
