Discuss how Paul’s use of virtue and praiseworthy qualifies the previous six qualities.
Talk also about how these all point to Christ and how Christ would be the unique fulfillment of all six of these qualities.
Furthermore, those that live in Christ would also fulfill these qualities and with Him as our standard this is what we should be striving for.
Talk about how the world both in Paul’s day and now have virtues or standards of excellence that it strives for.
Discuss further how as Christians we should not use our salvation and promised inheritance to be lazy or undisciplined, rather we should be ever more so considering the example and condition of Christ.
