It all starts here (head) but it’s about here (heart). We need to deal with the head to get to the heart.
75-98% of illness is psychosomatic.
Emotional abuse of pregnant women is linked to autism.
Nobody argues that stress, fear, unforgiveness and other negative emotions dump toxins into our body now. God has been saying that for thousands of years.
Everything can be taken from a man but one thing: the last of human freedoms - to choose one’s attitude in any given set of circumstances. - Viktor Frankl
I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that you present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable to God, which is your reasonable service.
And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God.

Be Transformed by
Renewing of your mind
Men who do great things must prepare for great things.
Find Out Your Conformity
The most destructive lie is the lie we believe.
What do you tell yourself in times of difficulty?
What do you repeat about yourself, your situation, life, and God?
The most powerful question we will answer is what we think about God. What do you think about God?
Be Transformed
Metamophosis - changed into something completely different.
Epigenetics - This scientific power of our mind to change the brain is called epigenetics and spiritually it is as a man thinks, so is he (Prov. 23:7).
Neuroplasticity - . The way the brain changes as a result of mental activity is scientifically called neuroplasticity.
Cognitive behavioral therapy
Transformed by the word of God. Where was battle won for complete victory? Jesus would say it is finished here. Golgotha. The place of the skull.
Renew Your Mind
How? Replace the lie with the truth.
For though we walk in the flesh, we do not war according to the flesh.
For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal but mighty in God for pulling down strongholds,
casting down arguments and every high thing that exalts itself against the knowledge of God, bringing every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ,
