LEADING THROUGH
UNCERTAINITY
PST. JASON MARTIN

HIS BOOK
MEN OF

Said, “True Crisis is a “decisive moment
or an unstable or crucial time or state of
affairs” in history. It is fashionable to
suggest the early 21st century is a time
fraught with crisis. The powers that be
tell us crisis is on every side. Indeed,
when crisis does not materialize as
quickly or as violently as one might
expect it seems civil leadership is not
averse to creating one.” (pp. 1-2).

COMPLEXITY
REQUIRES
CLARITY
1.Communicate clearly with your
people. In complex situations,
clearly expressed communication
s
help them to understand God’s heart
and direction.
CLARITY
2.Develop teams and promote
collaboration. VUCA situations are
often too complicated for one person
to handle. So, build teams that can
work effectively in a fast-paced,
unpredictable environment.
