Seven Blockades On the Way to Hell

INTRODUCTION: God has placed blockades on the way to Hell so that those who are headed that way may stop and turn from the way to Hell, to the way to Heaven. It is my desire in this message to reveal to you the "Seven Blockades on the Way to Hell."

A BLOCKADE ON THE WAY TO HELL IS THE WORD OF GOD Because it reveals the way of salvation. Rom. 5:8

A BLOCKADE ON THE WAY TO HELL IS MOTHER'S PRAYERS Because her prayers are made in the Name of the Lord Jesus. John 14:13-14 Because her prayers are made with faith in God. I John 5:14-15

A BLOCKADE ON THE WAY TO HELL IS THE CHRISTIAN CHURCH Because the Church is interested in the salvation of the unsaved. Acts 8:4-5

A BLOCKADE ON THE WAY TO HELL IS THE GOSPEL MINISTER Because the Gospel minister is entrusted with the Gospel. I Thess. 2:4-9 Because the Gospel minister preaches salvation by faith to repentant sinners. Acts 20:20-21

A BLOCKADE ON THE WAY TO HELL IS THE DEATH OF CHRIST Because the death of Christ was as a ransom. I Peter 1:18-19

A BLOCKADE ON THE WAY TO HELL IS THE MINISTRY OF THE HOLY SPIRIT Because the Holy Spirit convicts of sin. John 16:8-11 Because the Holy Spirit strives with sinners. Gen. 6:3a Because the Holy Spirit regenerates. Titus 3:5-6

A BLOCKADE ON THE WAY TO HELL IS THE GOSPEL INVITATION Because it is offered by the Lord Jesus. Revelation 3:20 Because it is offered without price. Isaiah 55:1 Because it delivers from the power of darkness to the Kingdom of God's Dear Son. Col 1:12-13
