What is Despair?

the complete loss or absence of hope

destitute of positive expectations

You have no idea how things will improve, you have no words to pray, you can’t remove the circumstances because the opportunity has vanished, you can’t retrieve any level of relationship because the person has left.

Your focus is on the dark, the deep, the damp, your traveling downward into despair.

Surprise, severe loss can accelerate despair

To despair is to loose heart

God wants us to experience His goodness
