Vision 2021 - Different

We’ve never seen anything like this! “This is different.”

The Pharisees also said we’ve never seen anything like this (2:16). You’ve never seen this because you’ve been looking at the wrong thing! (V17) I want to do things like Jesus! Which I find in the Bible. Not culture. Not even church culture. But Jesus found in the Bible.

The one who is doing it Jesus’s way and open to continuing in this way, is doing it the RIGHT WAY (18-22). Connect to new wine skin.

-Both “new wine skin” and “Lord of Sabbath” point to Jesus doing it the right way!

Religion resists restoration. Gods kingdom and mission prioritizes restoration. Don’t have Jesus feeling like (3:5).
