3 Steps to Change the World

Grow: 4:1-20

If you want to see the world change, then you need to be growing in your love and knowledge of God. Grow in your love of the Word. If you don’t grow, then you won’t be equipped to actually change anything.

Show: 21-25

Jesus says in Matt 5:14-16 that we as Christians are the light of the world, and that is the same context here. If you are growing as a Christian, part of that is going to be that you show up as a Christian. You will be known as “that guy/girl” and that’s ok.

You will be known as a Christian, for what you do in a big way

Care: 26-34

If you are growing in your faith and showing yourself to be a Christian, and are willing to put in a little care to the Gospel, you will see it explode

A mustard seed is a little thing, but with a small amount of help, it will spread to the point where there is nothing else but mustard. The Gospel is similar. If you are willing to show up and take care of the Gospel that you are spreading, you will watch it spread all over the world.
