Scriptural Text: Eccl 3:2

We have come to celebrate the home going of Gale Story, the matriarch of the family. When she spoke everyone listened. She left trying to tell you something. And not only that her passing should tell you something.
So understand, God has given us time: as written in Eccl. 3, "Everything Has Its Time," v.2 states, "A time to be born, And a time to die."
With this time that we have in life, God has always been trying to tell us something. Some listen, and say "speak to me Lord," while others agony His voice of guidance.

God said, 'For I know the plans that I have for you,' declares the Lord, 'plans for welfare and not for calamity to give you a future and a hope.

But you much seek His direction and counsel. It is His guiding light that will get us through the times (crookroads, ditches, the lurking evil around the corner, removes the darkness and give light).
God has also provided three beacons to guide us. The same rules of navigation apply—the three lights must be lined up before it is safe for us to proceed. The three harbor lights of guidance are:
1. The Word of God (objective standard)
2. The Holy Spirit (subjective witness)
3. Circumstances (divine providence)
Providence is the way that God is directing the universe. He is moving it into tomorrow—He is moving it into the future by His providence. Providence means “to provide.” God will provide.

“A Bright Light on a Dark Night will Always Get Our Attention.’
