Grace SMM : The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy. Jesus came that they may have life and have it abundantly. John 10:10

Overthrowing God

Isaiah 14:12-15
“How you are fallen from heaven, O Day Star, son of Dawn! How you are cut down to the ground, you who laid the nations low! [13] You said in your heart, ‘I will ascend to heaven; above the stars of God I will set my throne on high; I will sit on the mount of assembly in the far reaches of the north; [14] I will ascend above the heights of the clouds; I will make myself like the Most High.’ [15] But you are brought down to Sheol, to the far reaches of the pit.
Satan’s plan was always to overthrow God.
Satan wants to take the place of God in your Life.

Accusing the Believers

Zechariah 3:1-2
Then he showed me Joshua the high priest standing before the angel of the LORD, and Satan standing at his right hand to accuse him. [2] And the LORD said to Satan, “The LORD rebuke you, O Satan! The LORD who has chosen Jerusalem rebuke you! Is not this a brand plucked from the fire?”
Satan will always bring up your past to break up your future.
Our forgiveness covers any accusation

Sift the Weak

Luke 22:31-34
Simon, Simon, behold, Satan demanded to have you, that he might sift you like wheat, [32] but I have prayed for you that your faith may not fail. And when you have turned again, strengthen your brothers.” [33] Peter said to him, “Lord, I am ready to go with you both to prison and to death.” [34] Jesus said, “I tell you, Peter, the rooster will not crow this day, until you deny three times that you know me.”
Satan looks to separate you from everyone else.
You are weaker when you are alone.
