Read: Isaiah 38:1-7
In those days was Hezekiah sick unto death. And Isaiah the prophet the son of Amoz came unto him, and said unto him, Thus saith the Lord, Set thine house in order: for thou shalt die, and not live. Then Hezekiah turned his face toward the wall, and prayed unto the Lord, And said, Remember now, O Lord, I beseech thee, how I have walked before thee in truth and with a perfect heart, and have done that which is good in thy sight. And Hezekiah wept sore. Then came the word of the Lord to Isaiah, saying, Go, and say to Hezekiah, Thus saith the Lord, the God of David thy father, I have heard thy prayer, I have seen thy tears: behold, I will add unto thy days fifteen years. And I will deliver thee and this city out of the hand of the king of Assyria: and I will defend this city. And this shall be a sign unto thee from the Lord, that the Lord will do this thing that he hath spoken;

Introduction
Each day across the United States, hundreds of people are involved in car accidents that result in the deaths of countless people.
In 2019 alone, more than _____ died in car accidents.
In some, if not many, of these cases, those who suffer from these car accidents get into them with no sudden expectation of being in a car accident that day and rarely a plan to do so.
Many times a catastrophic combination of events occurs that results in the accidental taking of a life. Many times it results in the combined failures of both drivers to commit a series of actions that causes the accident. One driver merges too early and another turns their signal on late, and they collide with each other before they can change their action.
In such cases, both drivers are at fault which means their is not victim.
However, sometimes one person is at fault to the exclusion of all others. Maybe they forget to turn on their signal. They run a red light. They are drunk. Fall asleep at the wheel. They do these things then get into a collision with someone who did everything they are legally required to do and are determined not to be at fault at which point they assume the role of victim.
