Prayer is not new. God has given us the most advanced ability to connect with Him.

I love technology. There is always something new. Software, hardware, and online equipment. Something develops to be faster more convenient or even to do things we were never able to do before. Sometimes a new invention like the cell phone comes along that we have never had before and all to a sudden we can’t live with out it. Of courses it has its price tag and sometimes beyond our reach. The new technology can be very complicated and often too expensive. Too often we find some of it necessary to live in our 2021 era.

Prayer is always been available for each us. It is up-to-date gift surpasses our best technology. God is always a prayer away. Today it often is dormant ready to be utilized in our life. Let us seize the moment in this most needed time of 2021.

Prayer is critical today in this 2021 Year

A time to connect and mend relationship with God and one another

A time to discover truth and direction

A time to have resources and guidance for survival and living

It is the basic and only resource we have to change destiny for ourselves, families, and all people.

Countless books and volumes of sermons, documents, and conferences has been presented on prayer. Doubtless we could not write something that possibly has not already been written. Every Christian has had to engage in at least the basic of prayer in order to have come to know Jesus Christ. A friend asked me, “How many of the churches I know have an active prayer ministry?” I understood what he was asking. However, my first thought was if their ready as church how could they not have an active prayer ministry. Of course, like many of us as individuals we limit our lives by not engaging in prayer faithfully and daily as God has given us opportunity.

So let us not only discuss prayer but let us engage it with all the provision God has for us. Beginning now:
