All of grace

“The weaknesses, failures, and sins of our family are the places where we learn that we need grace too. It is there, in those dark mercies, that God teaches us to be humbly dependent. It is there that He draws near to us and sweetly reveals His grace. Paul's suffering teaches us to reinterpret our thorn. Instead of seeing it as a curse, we are to see it as the very thing that keeps us "pinned close to the Lord.”
Elyse Fitzpatrick
Galatians 3:2–3 ESV
Let me ask you only this: Did you receive the Spirit by works of the law or by hearing with faith? Are you so foolish? Having begun by the Spirit, are you now being perfected by the flesh?
Grace is an invitation to come and die! Die to pride, die to self effort, die to you, and live in the fullest!
Grace calms the restless heart! Grace quiets the enemy and inner critic that says you should have and could have!
Grace heals wounds, heals relationships, and brings unity as it is offered without stipulations.
Grace squashes the pride of the self righteous but it brings courage to the broken and helpless!
Let the Word challenge us today and allow grace to be fed and your flesh to be starved! Take up your gloves for the right purpose! Hebrews 4:12
Hebrews 4:12 ESV
For the word of God is living and active, sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing to the division of soul and of spirit, of joints and of marrow, and discerning the thoughts and intentions of the heart.

Grace governs our monetary investment!

Why we do giving the way we do
2 Corinthians 9:6–7 ESV
The point is this: whoever sows sparingly will also reap sparingly, and whoever sows bountifully will also reap bountifully. Each one must give as he has decided in his heart, not reluctantly or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver.
Exodus 35:21–22 ESV
And they came, everyone whose heart stirred him, and everyone whose spirit moved him, and brought the Lord’s contribution to be used for the tent of meeting, and for all its service, and for the holy garments. So they came, both men and women. All who were of a willing heart brought brooches and earrings and signet rings and armlets, all sorts of gold objects, every man dedicating an offering of gold to the Lord.
