Remedy is to submit to God which springs from humility

Everything in this side of eternity is just a passing memory. Was there a time in your life where you are faced with challenges where you did not think you were going to get out but today when lookin back it was nothing but a passing memory?

2 Peter 3:8 ESV

But do not overlook this one fact, beloved, that with the Lord one day is as a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day.

God is sovereign over time and that His perspective on time differs radically from ours.

James 5:7 ESV

Be patient, therefore, brothers, until the coming of the Lord. See how the farmer waits for the precious fruit of the earth, being patient about it, until it receives the early and the late rains.

Next verse James sums up what has been happeing in chapter 3 to 4....stop quarelling and turning on each other… because the Lord is near...remember the verse for the abundance of the heart our mouth speaks Luke 6:43-45...
