Psalm 37:23 NKJV
23 The steps of a good man are ordered by the Lord, And He delights in his way.
Season of Open Doors for US.
We need to keep action moving , engage with confidence and boldness the world we find ourself.
1 Samuel 17:45–47 NKJV
45 Then David said to the Philistine, “You come to me with a sword, with a spear, and with a javelin. But I come to you in the name of the Lord of hosts, the God of the armies of Israel, whom you have defied. 46 This day the Lord will deliver you into my hand, and I will strike you and take your head from you. And this day I will give the carcasses of the camp of the Philistines to the birds of the air and the wild beasts of the earth, that all the earth may know that there is a God in Israel. 47 Then all this assembly shall know that the Lord does not save with sword and spear; for the battle is the Lord’s, and He will give you into our hands.”
God will fight for somebody this year. All the Goliaths in your way will give way in Jesus Name. Your door to greatness has been opened in Jesus Name. And then came Goliath. In 1 Samuel 17: 17-20,
David’s father sent him on an errand to take food to his brothers at the warfront. It was while he was running an errand for his father that he came across Goliath, an encounter that opened the door to his greatness. All the doors to your greatness are already opened.
Mark 16:15–20 NKJV
15 And He said to them, “Go into all the world and preach the gospel to every creature. 16 He who believes and is baptized will be saved; but he who does not believe will be condemned. 17 And these signs will follow those who believe: In My name they will cast out demons; they will speak with new tongues; 18 they will take up serpents; and if they drink anything deadly, it will by no means hurt them; they will lay hands on the sick, and they will recover.” 19 So then, after the Lord had spoken to them, He was received up into heaven, and sat down at the right hand of God. 20 And they went out and preached everywhere, the Lord working with them and confirming the word through the accompanying signs. Amen.
In Mark 16: 15-20 we discover that signs and wonders only follow those who are on the move, that is those who are out obeying God, those who are out doing the work of their father. They are the ones whom signs and wonders follow. That is why I want to advise you not to sit down at home doing nothing. Go out, Witness. Win souls. Bring them to Christ.
Constantly be on the move (directional move ) and you will suddenly discover that doors of opportunities will begin to open.
Everywhere you turn to this year, doors will open unto you in Jesus Name . David was out obeying his father when suddenly he came face to face with Goliath, in accordance to God’s perfect timing. 1 Samuel 17: 22-23, David arrived just in time to hear the boastings of Goliath. He did not arrive one hour late. He arrived just in time.
God has a timetable for everything. He has a timetable for your life. I have good news for you.
Your time of open doors has come. In Psalm 102: 13 the Bible
Psalm 102:13 NKJV
13 You will arise and have mercy on Zion; For the time to favor her, Yes, the set time, has come.
The time that God had destined to favour you has come.
Everything works according to God’s timetable. What God wants to happen this year could not have happened last year.
There is no way you can do what He wants you to do this year, next year. It is not possible. That is why I am so excited to say that your year of Open Doors has come.
Suddenly all your struggles will begin to produce results now. I say this is your own year, whether the devil likes it or not.
This is your year whether your enemies and the mockers like it or not.
Whether those who say that you are going to die barren like it or not, they will discover that this is your year.
Those who said you can never move forward, that you can never reach the top, before the year is out, they will discover that this is your year!
So, Goliath came, a giant, but he came as a giant opportunity disguised as a giant problem. The first time you see him, you might think, what a problem, but at the end of the story it is a giant opportunity. Very soon giant opportunities will begin to come your way. They will be so big it will be too difficult to miss them, because the moment David saw Goliath, he noticedhis head and concluded, with my sling, I can’t miss a head this big. Opportunities so big that you cannot miss them will begin to come your way from today.
Goliath appeared as an obstacle to David’s destiny because he had just been anointed king, and Goliath wanted to take the kingdom from him. However, whatever is of God shall be forever. The throne that God has planned for you, you will sit on that throne. The height that God has prepared for you, in that name that is above every other name, you will reach there. Every giant that stands in your way this year, by faith and in the name of the Lord of Hosts, they will become doors to your destiny.
For instance, The Redeemed Christian Church of God Camp ground now called the Redemption Camp used to be the headquarters of armed robbers, and it also housed some of the biggest snakes anywhere around. The first snake killed in the camp was about 16 feet long, which is more than 5 metres long, and very big in size. That was enough to drive anybody away. But we did not see a problem, we saw an opportunity. We did not see a land that nobody wanted to build on, but with faith in our God, we saw a city that has now become the headquarters of The Redeemed Christian Church of God, to the glory of the Almighty God.
When Moses got to the Red Sea in Exodus 14, it looked as if the journey to the Promised Land was over. But there had to be a Red Sea big enough to swallow Pharaoh and his hosts. A little river cannot swallow an army. So, the bigger your Red Sea; the more total will be your victory.
The enemy you saw up till this day, in the Name that is above every other name you will never see them again. So Goliath was merely a stepping-stone to greatness. Is there any problem in your life right now? Get ready for your testimony. Is it a big problem? Then get ready for a big testimony. Is it considered an impossibility? Then get ready for a testimony that will shake the world.
In 1 Samuel 17: 24-27 the Bible says, Israel fled from Goliath but David asked for a reward. Some people were running away, David was asking about the reward that will be given to the person who kills this fool. Before the middle of this year, rewards and rewards will be coming in to you.
David was not afraid to face Goliath because he had the master keys to open the door of opportunity made available to him by Goliath.
What was that BOLDNESS to Confront LIFE, the LION , RIGHTESOUS . The mystry of boldness.
Boldness is not absent of obstable but an assurance of the solution and way out .
Being bold is having courage and speaking out against what’s wrong no matter what others think or say. It’s doing God’s will and continuing on the path that He put you on regardless of the hardship you face. When you’re bold you know God is always on your side so there’s never a reason to fear.
Prayer in private results in boldness in public.” Edwin Louis Cole“One of the special marks of the Holy Ghost in the Apostolic Church was the spirit of boldness.”
 A. B. Simpson“When we find a man meditating on the words of God, my friends, that man is full of boldness and is successful.”  Dwight L. Moody.. Revelation from the word Gives you light , that brings revealtion and in turn bring boldness.
Boldness comes from our confidence in Christ. The Holy Spirit helps us continue in God’s plans with boldness.
“If God is for us who can ever be against us?” I encourage all Christians to pray to the Holy Spirit daily for more boldness in life to do God’s will.
Lion comparison
1. Proverbs 28:1 The wicked flee when no one is pursuing them, but the righteous are as bold as a lion.
Proverbs 28:1 The Message
1 The wicked are edgy with guilt, ready to run off even when no one’s after them; Honest people are relaxed and confident, bold as lions.
Lions are one of God’s most beautiful creations, but at the same time they are very dangerous animals. Christians are to have lion-like characteristics for example boldness, strength, diligence, leadership, and determination. Throughout Scripture lions are used as similes and metaphors for good and bad. Let’s see examples of this below.
Proverbs 30:29–30 KJV 1900
29 There be three things which go well, Yea, four are comely in going: 30 A lion which is strongest among beasts, And turneth not away for any;
In Christ
2. Philemon 1:8 For this reason, although I have great boldness in Christ to command you to do what is right.
3. Ephesians 3:11-12 This was his eternal plan, which he carried out through Christ Jesus our Lord. Because of Christ and our faith in him, we can now come boldly and confidently into God’s presence.
4. 2 Corinthians 3:11-12 So if the old way, which has been replaced, was glorious, how much more glorious is the new, which remains forever! Since this new way gives us such confidence, we can be very bold. Because of Christ and our faith in him, we can now come boldly and confidently into God’s presence.
5. 2 Corinthians 3:4 We have this kind of confidence toward God through Christ.
6. Hebrews 10:19 And so, dear brothers and sisters, we can boldly enter heaven’s Most Holy Place because of the blood of Jesus.
We have courage because God is on our side!
7. Romans 8:31 What, then, shall we say in response to these things? If God is for us, who can be against us?
8. Hebrews 13:6 So that we may boldly say, The Lord is my helper, and I will not fear what man shall do unto me.
9. 1 Corinthians 16:13 Remain alert. Keep standing firm in your faith. Keep on being courageous and strong.
10. Joshua 1:9 I’ve commanded you, haven’t I? “Be strong and courageous. Don’t be fearful or discouraged, because the Lord your God is with you wherever you go.”
11. Psalm 27:14 Wait on the Lord. Be courageous, and he will strengthen your heart. Wait on the Lord!
Praying to God with boldness. Persevering in prayer

13. 1 Thessalonians 5:17 Pray without ceasing.
14. James 5:16 Confess your sins to each other and pray for each other so that you may be healed. The earnest prayer of a righteous person has great power and produces wonderful results.
15. Luke 11:8-9 I tell you, if friendship is not enough to make him get up to give you the bread, your boldness will make him get up and give you whatever you need. So I tell you, ask, and God will give to you. Search, and you will find. Knock, and the door will open for you.
Praying for boldness.
16. Acts 4:28-29 But everything they did was determined beforehand according to your will. And now, O Lord, hear their threats, and give us, your servants, great boldness in preaching your word.
17. Ephesians 6:19-20 And pray for me, too. Ask God to give me the right words so I can boldly explain God’s mysterious plan that the Good News is for Jews and Gentiles alike. I am in chains now, still preaching this message as God’s ambassador. So pray that I will keep on speaking boldly for him, as I should.
18. Psalm 138:3 On the day I called, You answered me; You made me bold with strength in my soul.
Preaching the Word of God and spreading the gospel with boldness.

20. Acts 4:13  The members of the council were amazed when they saw the boldness of Peter and John, for they could see that they were ordinary men with no special training in the Scriptures. They also recognized them as men who had been with Jesus.
21. Acts 14:2-3 Some of the Jews, however, spurned God’s message and poisoned the minds of the Gentiles against Paul and Barnabas. But the apostles stayed there a long time, preaching boldly about the grace of the Lord. And the Lord proved their message was true by giving them power to do miraculous signs and wonders.
Boldness when times are hard.
22. 2 Corinthians 4:8-10 We are afflicted in every way, but not crushed; perplexed, but not driven to despair; persecuted, but not forsaken; struck down, but not destroyed; always carrying in the body the death of Jesus, so that the life of Jesus may also be manifested in our bodies.
Reminder

Prayer Points
1. Thank God that He did not drop you in the flood of life. Thank Him for not allowing the enemy to swallow you up.
2. Thank God that His powerful arms sustained you through the flood of life.
Thank the King of Glory that He did not forsake you. Thank Him because His everlasting arms are still holding you. Thank Him for His sustaining power.
4. O Thank the Lord for His mercies and faithfulness. For seven years, Nebuchadnezzar was a madman but in those 7 years nobody occupied his throne. God preserved his throne. As soon as he came to his senses, and gave glory to God his throne was restored. God preserved you because He still has a purpose for your life. His plan for your life is still intact.
5. Father, the purpose for which you preserved me, let it come to pass this year. You preserved me for a purpose, Almighty God, fulfil that purpose for which You preserved my life! The moment Nebuchadnezzar began to praise God, the moment he admitted that the Most High rules in the affairs of men. Not only was his throne restored to him, he said, excellent majesty was added unto me.
6. Call on the Almighty God. This year excellent majesty, add it unto me O Lord. Restore to me my throne, restore to me my greatness and then add excellent majesty Lord. Nebuchadnezzar went on to say that all my people that had forsaken me came back unto me.
7. Cry to God, this year Father, all those who have forsaken me, let them come back and serve me. Bring
them back O Lord. Those who have become enemies let them become friends again. In the Book of Job 42: 10 the Bible says that God turned the captivity of Job when he prayed for his friends.
8. Father, this year, turn the captivities of my families, friends, brethren and colleagues.
9. Almighty God please let this be the year of Open Doors for me. When You open a door, no man can close. Keep the doors open for me.
10. Open doors mean great opportunities. God, do not let me miss any opportunity this year! Help me O Lord to maximise every opportunity this year!
11. Father, let me be a major source of blessing to the whole world. Beginning from now, use me to expand Your church this year! Use me to win souls.
12. Father, every garment of suffering, failure, disease, reproach that You removed from my body last year, don’t let me ever wear them again.
13. Talk to God and ask whatever you want from Him.
