The message is critical, but the messenger matters (we must have clean hands and a pure heart)
There are things that qualify and disqualify people for ministry
Character matters
The Holy Spirit didn’t only come to bring us the Gifts of the Sprit, but also to give us the Fruit of the Spirit!

The Anointing is for Action:

Luke 4:18–19 NKJV18 “The Spirit of the Lord is upon Me, Because He has anointed Me To preach the gospel to the poor; He has sent Me to heal the brokenhearted, To proclaim liberty to the captives And recovery of sight to the blind, To set at liberty those who are oppressed; 19 To proclaim the acceptable year of the Lord.”
Many people chase after anointing and after revival, when we are meant to be carriers of anointing and revival
Genesis 22:6 AMP6 Then Abraham took the wood for the burnt offering and laid it on [the shoulders of ] Isaac his son, and he took the fire (the firepot) in his own hand, and a knife; and the two of them went on together.
Our Pastor should not be the only anointed one in the congregationToo many Christian groupies compare themselves to one another based upon the performance and charisma of their pastor & HIS/HER success
Mark 16:17–18 NKJV17 And these signs will follow those who believe: In My name they will cast out demons; they will speak with new tongues; 18 they will take up serpents; and if they drink anything deadly, it will by no means hurt them; they will lay hands on the sick, and they will recover.”
