Reconciliation: The Purpose Of The Cross

A tangible grasp on reconciliation was never in my grasp

Reconciliation brought propitiation, or a satisfaction of God’s wrath

Without the shedding of blood, Hebrews 9:22-24

Reconciliation is to change mutually, restoration, atonement

No changes, Psalms 55:19, we could not change God’s mind about our sin

2 Corinthians 5:14 – 6:2 Ministry of RECONCILIATION

7700 Bible Illustrations on Cicero & the cross

Vine’s Expository on “The Death Of Christ”

We had to change, as God does not…

Malachi 3:6-7 “I change not” …they asked how are we to return???

They had no vehicle for an exchange rate, your money for foreign money, we had no

way to return to His favor, we could not BE GOOD ENOUGH

To fail to be reconciled, means you have never received grace, so now you will receive

            the law, which brings death
