Fire on the altar.

The Lexham Bible Dictionary Biblical Relevance

The altar was placed inside the tabernacle just outside the curtain separating the Holy of Holies. Priests were to burn a special blend of incense on the altar twice daily, and atonement was made over the altar annually (Exod 30:10).

Dimensions, &c. of. Exo. 30:1, 2. Exo. 37:25.

Covered with gold. Exo. 30:3. Exo. 37:26.

Top of, surrounded with a crown of gold. Exo. 30:3. Exo. 37:26.

Had four rings of gold under the crown for the staves. Exo. 30:4. Exo. 37:27.
