Genesis 8:13
13 And it came to pass (After Something Happen) in the six hundredth and first year (Noah is 601), in the first month (New Year), the first day of the month (New Day), the waters were dried up from off the earth (Old Washed Away): and Noah removed the covering of the ark (God’s Protection and Crossover Provided a new Opportunity), and looked, and, behold, the face of the ground was dry.
Luke 9:57-A New Day to Commit
57 And it came to pass, that, as they went in the way (They were Walking), a certain man said unto him (Jesus), Lord, I will follow (Be with You) thee whithersoever (No Matter) thou goest.
58 And Jesus said unto him, Foxes have holes (Live), and birds of the air have nests (Sleep and Eat); but (I) the Son of man hath not where to lay his head (Rest)-(Own).
59 And he said unto another, Follow (Become My Disciple) me. But (I Won’t , I Have a Excuse) he said, Lord, suffer (Put Up With) me first to go and bury my father.
60 Jesus said unto him, Let the dead (Spiritually Dead)-(Undertakers) bury their dead: but go thou and preach (To the Living) the kingdom of God.
61 And another also said, Lord, I will (Would) follow (Be With) thee; but let me first (Important) go bid them farewell (Good Bys), which are at home at my house (Family).
62 And Jesus said (Told) unto him, No man, having put his hand to the plough (Agree to Follow Me)-(New Ground), and looking back (Things Behind him), is fit for the kingdom of God.

Hebrews 12:1-Drop What Holds You Back
1 Wherefore seeing we also are compassed about with so great a cloud of witnesses (To Our Life of Faith), let us lay (Strip, Rid of) aside every weight (Heavy Load)-(It Slows Us Down), and the sin which doth so easily beset us (Clings, Won’t Let Go, Hinders our Progress), and let us run (Energy, Enthusiasm, Zeal, Excitement) with patience (Endurance) the race that is set (God’s Course) before us,
Philippians 3:13, 14-My New Focus
13 Brethren, I count not myself (I Don’t Fell) to have apprehended (Reach My Goal)-(Arrived where I’m Going): but this one thing I do (But This is My Focus), forgetting those things which are behind (Yesterday, Last Year), and reaching (Effort and Energy, Focus) forth unto those things which are before, (Ahead of Me)
14 I press (Push, Run For) toward the mark (My New Goal) for the prize (Reward) of the high calling (Supreme and Heavenly Honor) of God in Christ Jesus (Jesus Christ has Done).
