Decision about Jesus
Decision About Jesus
Mark 15:6-13
6 Now at that feast (Passover, Year) he released (Freed) unto them one prisoner, whomsoever they desired.
7 And there was one named Barabbas, which lay bound (Idenified) with them (Convicted Along With) that had made insurrection (Up Raising Govt-Riot) with him, who had committed murder (Killer) in the insurrection.
8 And the multitude (Mob) crying aloud (Screaming) began to desire him to do as he had ever done unto them (Release a Prisoner as Usual).
9 But Pilate answered them (Replied-Question), saying, Will ye that I release unto you the King of the Jews (Do you want me to free the king of the Jews)
10 For he knew that the chief priests had delivered him for envy (Jealous).
11 But the chief priests moved (Stirred Up) the people (Mob-Demand), that he should rather release Barabbas unto them (Instead of Jesus).
12 And Pilate answered and said again unto them (Pilate Surprise-Wrong Answer) (If I Release Barabbas, What Then Jesus)-(Back Jail) (Pilate Why you Asking), What will ye then that I shall do unto him whom ye call the King of the Jews?
13 And they cried out again (Cried Out Again), Crucify him (Nail Him to the Cross).
Luke 16:13
13 No servant can serve two masters (Is Able)(Two Tell you What To Do): for either he will hate (Strong Dislike) the one, and love the other; or else he will hold to the one (Loyal-Devoted), and despise (Look Down-Worthless) the other. Ye cannot serve God and mammon (Money-Riches-People-Self).
Joshua 24:15
15 And if it seem evil unto you to serve the LORD (Wrong Thing-Too Much to Ask), choose you this day whom ye will serve (Make a Decision); whether the gods which your fathers served (Ancestors Idols) that were on the other side of the flood (River), or the gods of the Amorites, in whose land ye dwell: but as for me and my house (Family), we will serve the LORD (Worship and Obey).
