* 6 For unto us a child is born* (Virgin Mary)-(New, Pure, Innocent)-( Child brings Deliverance), *unto us a son is given* (Gift): *and the government* (Rule~/Charge) *shall be upon his shoulder* (Strength~/Carry): *and his name* (Identify His Ability~/Titles) *shall be called Wonderful* (Things He will Do), *Counsellor** *(Advisor), *The mighty God* (All Power~/Self Sufficent), *The everlasting Father* (Creator)-(Eternal~/No Beginning~/End), *The Prince of Peace* (Throne)-(Ability any Situration)

 

*Virgin-Isaiah 7:14*- Therefore the Lord himself shall give you a sign; Behold, a virgin shall conceive, and bear a son, and shall call his name Immanuel  (God be with Us)

 

*Counsellor**-Romans 11:34*- For who hath known the mind of the Lord? or who hath been his counsellor?

 

*Everlasting Father-Colossians 1:16*- For by him were all things created, that are in heaven, and that are in earth, visible and invisible, whether /they be/ thrones, or dominions, or principalities, or powers: all things were created by him, and for him:

 

He is God’s gift to man’s predicament.

He is fully human (“child,” “born,” “son”), but he is also divine, with all the perfections of kingship in himself:

 

supernatural wisdom, might, and peace.

This son will reign forever in justice, righteousness, and peace.
