4 And Abel, he also brought of the firstlings (Firstborn) of his flock and of the fat (Potions) thereof (Abel gave an offering to the Lord). And the LORD had respect (Pleased-Accepted) unto Abel and to his offering

The Fat was the richest part of the animal, and therefore belonged to God. The burning of the fat of sacrifices was particularly specified in each kind of offering. Lev. 3:16.

16 And the priest shall burn them upon the altar: it is the food of the offering made by fire for a sweet savour: all the fat is the LORD’S.

Leviticus 26:9-12

9 For I will have respect unto you (Treat you with Special Kindness and Favor), and make you fruitful, and multiply you (Size in Number), and establish my covenant with you (Fulfill my Promises to You)

10 And ye shall eat old store, and bring forth the old because of the new. (You will have such a surplus of Crops. That you will need to get rid of the leftovers from the previous year to make room for each new harvest)

11 And I will set my tabernacle among you: and my soul shall not abhor you. (I will set My dwelling (Temple) in and among you, and My soul shall not despise or reject or separate itself from you)

12 And I will walk among you (In You), and will be your God, and ye shall be my people.

Hebrews 13:21

21 Make you perfect (Complete-Ready) (Equip you Everything Good) in every good work to do his will (Obey) (Eager to do Right), working in you (God Himself) that which is well pleasing in his sight (His Sight), through Jesus Christ (I Can Do All Things); to whom be glory for ever and ever.
