I am Committed

2 Timothy 1:12

12 For the which cause I also suffer these things (What God Told Me to Do): nevertheless I am not ashamed (Prison-Talk Behind Back): for I know whom I have believed (Faith in God), and am persuaded (Convinced) that he is able to keep (Guard-Entrusted to me) that which I have committed unto him against that day (His Return).

Acts 20:32

32 And now, brethren, I commend you to God (Place you in God’s Care-Charge), and to the word of his grace (Kindness), which is able to build you up (Strong to Commit), and to give you an inheritance among all them which are sanctified (Consecrated, Purified, and Transformed)-(To Be Set Apart for God).

Luke 9:57-62

57 And it came to pass, that (Happen), as they went in the way (Road), a certain man said unto him, Lord, I will follow thee whithersoever (No Matter Where) thou goest (Making a Commitment).

58 And Jesus said unto him (Replied), Foxes have holes, and birds of the air have nests (Place to Sleep/Shelter); but the Son of man hath not where to lay his head (Own Home).

59 And he said unto another, Follow me (Become my Disciple)-(Join Me and Others). But he said, Lord, suffer me first to go and bury (Await Death of) my father.

60 Jesus said unto him, Let the dead bury their dead (Let Those Who are Spiritually Dead): but go thou (You-Alive) and preach the kingdom of God.

61 And another also said, Lord, I will follow thee (Become your Disciple); but let me first go bid them farewell (Say Good By Family), which are at home at my house.

62 And Jesus said unto him, No man, having put his hand to the plough, and looking back (Things Behind), is fit (Worth) for the kingdom of God.

Romans 12:2

2 And be not conformed to this world (Copy What They Do)-( Superficial): but be ye transformed (Changed)-(Natural to Spiritual) by the renewing of your mind (New Ideas and Attitude-Thinking), that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable (What is Acceptable to God), and perfect, will of God.
