Overcoming the World

1 John 5:5

5 Who is he (What Person) that overcometh (Victory /Conques /Defeats) the world (Against/Opposes God), but he that believeth (Listen /Faith /Trust /Relies) that Jesus is the Son of God?

Romans 12:2

2 And be not conformed to this world (Copy/ Act Like People)-(Superficial Customs)-(Copy World Not Please God): but be ye transformed (Changed/Different)-(By God) by the renewing of your mind (Thoughts /Ideas /Attitudes), that ye may prove (For Yourself) what is that good (God’s Sight), and acceptable (God’s Sight), and perfect (God’s Sight), will of God (What God Wants).

1 John 4:4

4 Ye are of God (Belong), little children, and have overcome (Already Defeated the Enemy) them: because greater is he (God) that is in you (Power of God), than he (spirits) that is in the world.

Ephesians 6:12

12 For we wrestle (Fight) not against flesh and blood (Physical opponents /Humans), but against principalities (Angelic Forces), against powers (Unlimited), against the rulers (Evil) of the darkness (Unseen) of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places (Heavenly Realm)

Psalm 124:4

1 If it had not been the LORD who was on our side, now may Israel say;

8 Our help is in the name of the LORD, who made heaven and earth.
