Breath Of The Almighty

Job 33:4 The Spirit of God has made me, And the breath of the Almighty gives me life.

Meaning-The Holy Spirit is the life-giving breath of God!

2. Counselor & Comforter, Helper

John 14:16,26; 15:26 and Romans 8:26

Meaning- The Holy Spirit is our comforter, our counselor and He gives us strength!

The New King James Version Chapter 14

16 And I will pray the Father, and He will give you another Helper, that He may abide with you forever

Helper: Advocate, Exhorter. He will comfort you as I have and he will never leave you as i am about to do.

The New King James Version Chapter 14

26 But the Helper, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in My name, He will teach you all things, and bring to your remembrance all things that I said to you.

He teaches us and reminds us; He teaches us what we dont know and He reminds us of the right when we dont know what to do

3. Power of the Highest

Luke 1:35a And the angel answered and said to her, “The Holy Spirit will come upon you, and the power of the Highest will overshadow you;

Meaning- The Spirit of God’s Power, He is the greatest power!

Just as Jesus was the fulness of the God-Head in the body, the Holy Spirit is the fulness of His power in us!

By Him we move in the miraculous and supernatural preaching, teaching, laying on hands, interceding, casting out demons, giving words of knowledge and prophecy. Because it is God working in and through us with His mind, His strength, His power delivering the world from the bonds of Satan.

So when that devil attacks my mind with my position in Christ i van boldly say: Romans 8:15-17  For you did not receive the spirit of bondage again to fear, but you received the Spirit of adoption by whom we cry out, “Abba, Father.” 16 The Spirit Himself bears witness with our spirit that we are children of God, 17 and if children, then heirs—heirs of God and joint heirs with Christ, if indeed we suffer with Him, that we may also be glorified together.

And when the devil attacks I can rest and be emboldened in the fact that:

2 Timothy 1:7 For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind.

4. He Prays God sized prayers for us.

The New King James Version Chapter 8

26 Likewise the Spirit also helps in our weaknesses. For we do not know what we should pray for as we ought, but the Spirit Himself makes intercession for us with groanings which cannot be uttered. 27 Now He who searches the hearts knows what the mind of the Spirit is, because He makes intercession for the saints according to the will of God.

When the unknown weakens us, when the issues of life have left us without strength, when the outlook seem impossible and discouragement begins creeping in, when it just look chaotic and it feels like we could just sink under the weight,

The Helper, comforter, breath of God steps in, the power that raised Jesus from the dead that lives and makes alive your body begins to pray!

He is God the Holy Spirit!
