Unbelief - Faith

*1 Timothy 1:12-13 (Paul)*

12 And I thank (Show Gratitude) Christ Jesus our Lord (Ruler), who hath enabled me (Gave Me What I Need), for that he counted me faithful (Trusted Me), putting me into the ministry (Bring People In and Build Them Up) (How Many?)

 

13 Who was before a blasphemer (Denied, Spoke Against), and a persecutor (Attack to Make Suffer-Insult), and injurious (Hurt People-Hunted The Down): but I obtained mercy (God –Didn’t Deserve), because I did /it/ ignorantly (Lack of Knowledge) in unbelief (Actions Did Not Believe).

14 Afterward (Resurrection-Told Them) he appeared unto the eleven as they sat at meat, and upbraided (Criticized-Scolded-Rebuked) them with their unbelief (Lack of Faith) and *hardness of heart* (Stubborn-Rock), because they believed not them which had seen him after he was risen (Others Said It).

 

*Hebrews 3:12*

12 Take heed (Be Careful, Watch Out), brethren (Sisters), lest there be in any of you *an evil heart* of unbelief (Half Believing Heart-Not Fully Trust), in departing from the living God (Don’t let evil Thoughts or Doubts make any of you turn from)

58 And he did not many mighty works (Did Less)-(Somebody Missed Out) *there* because of their unbelief.

*1 Timothy 1:14-15*

14 And the grace (Favor and Blessings) of our Lord was exceeding abundant (Flowed Out Superabundantly /and/ Beyond Measure) with faith and love (Filled Me with His Faith and Love) which is in Christ Jesus.

 

15 This /is/ a faithful (Sure and True) saying, and worthy of all acceptation (World), that Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners; of whom I am chief (I was the worst sinner of all!) IF GOD
