Why Put it on Him

1 Peter 2:24

24 Who his own self (Personally) bare (Put On-Carried Away) our sins (We Did Wrong) in his own (No Pass Off) body on the tree (Cross), that we, being dead to sins (Not Living-Doomed), should live unto righteousness (To Do Right)-(Stop Sinning): by whose stripes ye were healed (By His Wounds, Cuts and Bruises)

Job 1:8, 22

8 And the LORD said unto Satan, Hast thou considered (Notice) my servant Job, that there is none like him in the earth, a perfect and an upright man, one that feareth (Respects and Obeys) God, and escheweth (Nothing to do With) evil?

Why Put it on Him?

22 In all this (Spite of Everything) Job sinned not, nor charged God foolishly (Blame).

1 Corinthians 10:13

13 There hath no temptation (Trouble) taken you but such as is common to man (Everybody): but God is faithful (To His Word), who will not suffer (Let) you to be tempted above that ye are able; but will with the temptation (Trouble) also make a way to escape, that ye may be able to bear it.

Isaiah 53:5

5 But he was wounded for our transgressions (Crushed for our Sins), he was bruised (Beaten) for our iniquities (Our Guilt): the chastisement (Punishment) of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes (Cuts and Bruises) we are healed.
