Proverbs 16:3
3 Commit thy works unto the LORD, and thy thoughts shall be established.
3 Commit (roll onto/put in charge) thy works unto the LORD, and thy thoughts (purposes/plans) shall be established (succeed).
Philippians 1:6--(The Work)
6 Being confident of this very thing, that he which hath begun a good work in you will perform it until the day of Jesus Christ:
6 God is the one who began this good work (spread good news/build up the kingdom) in you (change), and I am certain that he won’t stop before it is complete on the day that Christ Jesus returns.
Proverbs 3:6—(Working in the Work)
6 In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths.
6 Always let him lead you, and he will clear the road
for you to follow.
Luke 14:28-30--(Completing the Work)
28 For which of you, intending to build a tower, sitteth not down first, and counteth the cost, whether he have sufficient to finish it? 29 Lest haply, after he hath laid the foundation, and is not able to finish it, all that behold it begin to mock him, 30 Saying, This man began to build, and was not able to finish.
28 Suppose one of you wants to build a tower. What is the first thing you will do? Won’t you sit down and figure out how much it will cost and if you have enough money to pay for it?
29 Otherwise, you will start building the tower, but not be able to finish. Then everyone who sees what is happening will laugh at you.
30 They will say, “You started building, but could not finish the job.”
