How do you sow

Mark 4:1–8 CSB
Again he began to teach by the sea, and a very large crowd gathered around him. So he got into a boat on the sea and sat down, while the whole crowd was by the sea on the shore. He taught them many things in parables, and in his teaching he said to them, “Listen! Consider the sower who went out to sow. As he sowed, some seed fell along the path, and the birds came and devoured it. Other seed fell on rocky ground where it didn’t have much soil, and it grew up quickly, since the soil wasn’t deep. When the sun came up, it was scorched, and since it had no root, it withered away. Other seed fell among thorns, and the thorns came up and choked it, and it didn’t produce fruit. Still other seed fell on good ground and it grew up, producing fruit that increased thirty, sixty, and a hundred times.”
Tonight we are talking about something that gives some food for thought. We are going to be talking about what kind of sower you are and how do you sow.
The first question that we have to ask is what is a sower?

Sower

See we read here about a couple of types of sowers. What is a sower ? a Sower is someone that walks the fields and throws seeds around so that the crop would grow. Now a days there is a machiene that you drive that does it for you but at this time we are talking about an actual person that would walk throught the fields.
Now here while Christ is talking we see that he is talking about one sower that plants seeds in different areas. I want to break these areas downs as mutiple sowers because we tend to do this with our relationship with Christ.

Sower of the Path

First Christ is talking about the seeds that fall on the path and is eaten by the birds.
This translates to us as christain because when we are called to witness We are called to plant the seeds to allow the holy spirit to grow bring others to Christ.
See we as christian when we try to share christ on our path We have to be careful due to this happening.
To make it simple if you accept Christ but do not try to make a change in your life an rather live in the same sinful life. your seeds will be eaten up by the birds. You can never share Christ to someone when your life doesnt reflect his.

Sower of the Shallow

Next he talks about the seeds that go in the ground but not deep enough so when they grow the crop burn up and become useless.
This is when we as Christain take the time to share jesus to our friendns and classmates/coworkers. But we decide to give up on them after they get save so they end up walking away from the gospel because we didnt fulfill our roles as disciple makeres.

Sower of the Throns

the third seed he talks about is the seeds that fall among the throns and grow up and end up being choked up by the throns.
This is when we try to share the gospel while commiting sin . When we try to share Christ to people while we are doing sins and are hangout with others commiting sins. When we do this the sin will start to destroy the testment of Christ. Leave the Choice of why do i need to have jesuse if it doesnt make a diffenece in their lives.

Sower of the Fruit

Finally when get to the seeds of the sowers that goes into the good ground that grows plenitful fruit.
This is when we walk the walk while we also talk the talk. Everything that we do shows Christ.
Christ gives us so much why wouldnt you want your friends to grow in that aspect.
So here we have all these sowers but the big questions

What kind of sower are you?

What kind of sower are you?
What kind should you be?1
