Sexual Healing Raw Conference

Sexual Morality founded upon anything other than God’s holiness always pervert God’s standards of sexual moral purity.
Matthew 5:27–30 TPT
27 “Your ancestors have been taught, ‘Never commit adultery.’ 28 However, I say to you, if you look with lust in your eyes at the body of a woman who is not your wife, you’ve already committed adultery in your heart. 29 If your right eye seduces you to fall into sin, then go blind in your right eye! For you’re better off losing sight in one eye than to have your whole body thrown into hell. 30 And if your right hand entices you to sin, let it go limp and useless! For you’re better off losing a part of your body than to have it all thrown into hell.
Matthew 5:27–30 NLT
27 “You have heard the commandment that says, ‘You must not commit adultery.’ 28 But I say, anyone who even looks at a woman with lust has already committed adultery with her in his heart. 29 So if your eye—even your good eye—causes you to lust, gouge it out and throw it away. It is better for you to lose one part of your body than for your whole body to be thrown into hell. 30 And if your hand—even your stronger hand—causes you to sin, cut it off and throw it away. It is better for you to lose one part of your body than for your whole body to be thrown into hell.
God made sex to be physically enjoyable, emotionally satisfying, psychologically fulfilling and spiritually meaningful, and that only sex that honors God’s holiness can fully realize the complexity of His design at every level.

GEN 2:23-25 KJ

23 And Adam said, This is now bone of my bones, and flesh of my flesh: she shall be called Woman, because she was taken out of Man.
24 Therefore shall a man leave his father and his mother, and shall cleave unto his wife: and they shall be one flesh.
25 And they were both naked, the man and his wife, and were not ashamed.
Marriage is the first institution created by God. In Gen.1:28, Husbands and wives are called to be fruitful and multiply. But Gen.2 describes the context for this fruitfulness. Husbands and wives are to leave their parents in order to establish their own household. They are to hold fast to each other and they are to become one flesh through Sexual Intimacy. Sexual Intimacy requires complete vulnerability.
God requires sexual moral purity in thought as well as in deed.
Marital and Sexual faithfulness is the command and expectation throughout the entire Bible. Adultery in the Bible, never results in anything good. For example David’s adultery with Bathsheba is the most well-known example and it brought great negative consequences to his family.
Men and women are free to enjoy sex in any way that honors God’s holiness.
In the Bible fornication, prostitution, homosexuality, premarital sex, cohabitation, incest, and bestiality are all against God’s law. But, only Adultery is included in the Ten Commandments. Adultery breaks the most intimate of human relationship“The seventh commandment instructs us to maintain the sanctity of marriage as the fundamental unit of society instituted by God.” Adultery is a sin against God, against one’s spouse, and against society. In Dt.22:22 we read, “If a man is found lying with the wife of another man, both of them shall die, the man who lay with the woman, and the woman. So you shall purge the evil from Israel.”
The devil will present many challenges to cause us to be unfaithful, but when husbands and wives are loving, faithful, invested in each other’s welfare, humble, and kind, they can also expect an healthy sexual relationship.
Matthew 5:28 AMP
28 But I say to you that everyone who so much as looks at a woman with evil desire for her has already committed adultery with her in his heart.
Matthew 5:28 TPT
28 However, I say to you, if you look with lust in your eyes at the body of a woman who is not your wife, you’ve already committed adultery in your heart.
Adultery begins in the heart.
Five possible signs your spouse is being Sexually unfaithful:
1. Spouse becomes emotionally distant, and withdrawn.
2. Spouse is often angry, critical and even at times cruel.
3.Spouse all of a sudden has an increase in working hours, after work meetings, business trips and a need to work out of town for prolonged periods of time.
4. Spouse starts paying extra close attention to their appearance, buying new clothes, losing weight, extra primping, working out at the gym and other sudden fitness endeavors.
5. Spouse Becomes inappropriately defensive when asked questions.
6. Sex has drastically decreased
7. Spouse no longer notice you.
Looking becomes lusting when we objectify.
To degrade someone is to cease to view them as a person, and instead view them as an object. We do this when we focus on a person's body – or body parts – instead of focusing on them as a person.
“To be right sexually before God…we must be the kind of people who does not establish practices that engages our body parts and perceptions, thoughts, and desires in immoral sexual behavior. In the words of Jesus, to look at a woman or a man for the purpose of lusting and fantasizing is to commit adultery with that person in one’s heart.
In Jb.31:1, Job says, “I have made a covenant with my eyes; how then could I gaze at a virgin?” Later in v.9-10 he writes, “If my heart has been enticed toward a woman, and I have lain in wait at my neighbor's door, then let my wife grind for another, and let others bow down on her.”
PLUCK IT OUT
Matthew 5:29 TPT
29 If your right eye seduces you to fall into sin, then go blind in your right eye! For you’re better off losing sight in one eye than to have your whole body thrown into hell.
Matthew 5:29 AMP
29 If your right eye serves as a trap to ensnare you or is an occasion for you to stumble and sin, pluck it out and throw it away. It is better that you lose one of your members than that your whole body be cast into hell (Gehenna).
Matthew 5:29 NLT
29 So if your eye—even your good eye—causes you to lust, gouge it out and throw it away. It is better for you to lose one part of your body than for your whole body to be thrown into hell.
