Exodus 36:2 ESV
And Moses called Bezalel and Oholiab and every craftsman in whose mind the Lord had put skill, everyone whose heart stirred him up to come to do the work.
Exodus 31:1–11 ESV
The Lord said to Moses, “See, I have called by name Bezalel the son of Uri, son of Hur, of the tribe of Judah, and I have filled him with the Spirit of God, with ability and intelligence, with knowledge and all craftsmanship, to devise artistic designs, to work in gold, silver, and bronze, in cutting stones for setting, and in carving wood, to work in every craft. And behold, I have appointed with him Oholiab, the son of Ahisamach, of the tribe of Dan. And I have given to all able men ability, that they may make all that I have commanded you: the tent of meeting, and the ark of the testimony, and the mercy seat that is on it, and all the furnishings of the tent, the table and its utensils, and the pure lampstand with all its utensils, and the altar of incense, and the altar of burnt offering with all its utensils, and the basin and its stand, and the finely worked garments, the holy garments for Aaron the priest and the garments of his sons, for their service as priests, and the anointing oil and the fragrant incense for the Holy Place. According to all that I have commanded you, they shall do.”
Exodus 35:34 ESV
And he has inspired him to teach, both him and Oholiab the son of Ahisamach of the tribe of Dan.
Exodus 25:1–9 ESV
The Lord said to Moses, “Speak to the people of Israel, that they take for me a contribution. From every man whose heart moves him you shall receive the contribution for me. And this is the contribution that you shall receive from them: gold, silver, and bronze, blue and purple and scarlet yarns and fine twined linen, goats’ hair, tanned rams’ skins, goatskins, acacia wood, oil for the lamps, spices for the anointing oil and for the fragrant incense, onyx stones, and stones for setting, for the ephod and for the breastpiece. And let them make me a sanctuary, that I may dwell in their midst. Exactly as I show you concerning the pattern of the tabernacle, and of all its furniture, so you shall make it.
Judges 5:9 ESV
My heart goes out to the commanders of Israel who offered themselves willingly among the people. Bless the Lord.
Judges 5:1–2 ESV
Then sang Deborah and Barak the son of Abinoam on that day: “That the leaders took the lead in Israel, that the people offered themselves willingly, bless the Lord!
Ex 36:2 To do a project in the Kingdom of God, your mind and heart must get stirred up. The heart speaks of your emotions while the mind speaks of your thoughts. The project must be constantly on your mind. Your emotions will give you energy and passion while your thoughts will keep you working on it when your emotions are drained.
You need to ask God to stir up your mind and emotions to do the work.
Two things were important:

1) Using the skills that God has given

to you

2) Be willing to work

Ex 30:1-11 The appointment of the leadership of construction of the Tabernacle.
Their gifts come from God. The leader must understand that all their gifts come from God and is not produced by themself or their flesh.
Ex 35:34 Bezalel and Oholiab are inspired by God to teach! This is an important trait that leaders must do! Teach others especially the next generation.
Ex 25:1-7 The people were to give willingly.
In the building of the Tabernacle the attitude that was foundation to its construction was the thought of being “Willing”. The people had to give willingly and the builders had to construction “willingly”. This is important to doing anything for God! If it is done under constant then the Lord is not blessed! He wants you to do it because you want to!
Victory comes when there is a meshing of the spirit/Minds of the leaders and followers. Read the story of the victory of Deborah:
Judges 5:9 The Leaders offered themselves willing.
Judges 5:2 The people offered themselves willing to the leaders! They followed the leaders!
