And they went out and preached everywhere, while the Lord worked with them and confirmed the word by the accompanying signs.]
Christ went to Heaven because His work was done
He left us because we had work to do.
There were souls to be saved.
Christ knows best where we can serve Him.
Our job is to go forth and communicate the gospel.
Work Aggressively
Work Aggressively
“They went out”
They went out preaching Christ.
The believer is not on vacation but called to a specific vocation.
We do what many deem unreasonable.
We do the uncomfortable.
We do what was instructed and commanded
We are servants, not masters.
We scatter the blessings of the truth of God.
Too many are not fulfilling the assignment.
Go Promptly
Go Promptly
Once the disciples received the Holy Spirit they went forth.
If we did a tenth of what we say we are going to do .......
They didn't talk about going. They went!
Go Obediently
Go Obediently
They went forth with the specified instructions.
They didn't do what they felt was the best way.
You can’t substitute anything for preaching.
By declaring the gospel, people are saved! (1 Corinthians 1:21)
When all else has faded away the gospel will be effective.
Preach the Gospel everywhere!
“preached everywhere”
We can't confine ourselves to the church.
God is working in your declarations!
God has gone before you.
I sent hornets ahead of you, and they drove out the two Amorite kings before you. It was not by your sword or bow.
God goes before, God is there in the middle, and God works afterward.
“We want to go into deep water water but we want our feet to touch the sand.”
Trust God and God alone.
